The Monk has enabled me to block all the apps and websites that just waste my time, but leaving all those I need. I LOVE it. My phone is in permanent Monk mode now, and I’m SO much more productive. I had some problems setting it up but the customer service is fantastic, emails are answered promptly and they couldn’t be more helpful. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to break addictive screen time habits.
